Join to apply for the Sales Coordinator role at Peachtree Group Hospitality Management
In this role, you will support the team by managing booking of hotel meeting and event spaces, communicating with clients, and coordinating with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure smooth events.
Responsibilities- Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
- Answer client/booker questions about property facilities and services (e.g., hours of operation, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants).
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
- Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
- Generate reports, prepare proposals, compile details, and coordinate with clients & suppliers.
