Job SummaryRoute Sales Representatives are critical to our success at Frito‑Lay. You drive a Frito‑Lay truck to various local stores—gas stations, dollar stores, grocery stores, and more—unloading orders, merchandising products, and partnering with store managers to increase sales and maintain accurate sales records throughout the day.
Responsibilities- Learn the basics of the role during four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training.
- Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
- Maintain a route schedule with set days off and a predictable working pattern.
- Work in a fast‑paced and physical environment, including weekends and holidays, as operations run 24 hours a day.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any additional licensures required by state law.
- Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
