Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Lawrence, Kansas. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting client success initiatives, and helping achieve business objectives. Key tasks include overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves regularly strategizing with advisors to optimize their engagement and growth opportunities through FMT’s educational marketing platform.
Qualifications- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management and teamwork in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of financial advisory services, marketing strategies, or educational programming
- Ability to work on-site in Lawrence, Kansas, and collaboratively contribute to team successes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the financial services or education industry is a plus
