. If you know your way around tools and systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, or landscaping — we want to meet you! You’ll travel between our properties to make sure homes are safe, clean, and ready for our residents. • Travel to different properties to handle maintenance and repairs
• Tackle jobs like fixing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, flooring, landscaping, and more
• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep everything running smoothly
• Help prep units for new residents and handle regular upkeep for existing ones
• Stay on‑call occasionally (~every other week)
• Keep maintenance logs and support snow removal during the winter months

• Pay: $20 - $30/hour based on experience
• Monthly bonuses based on occupancy:
  Up to ~$450 (normally around $200‑$300)
• Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year)

• General maintenance skills: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliance repair
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Computer knowledge (typing, spelling, able to use tablets for work orders and communication)
• EPA certification preferred or willing to obtain (Exam fee reimbursement available)
• HVAC certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Able to lift, shovel and/or plow snow, and get around multiple properties
