• Perform high-quality collision repairs and refinishing work to factory standards.
• Conduct structural and non-structural repairs, panel replacement, and alignment.
• Work closely with estimators, painters, and other technicians for smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Continuously improving through training and certification opportunities.

• 5+ years of professional auto body repair experience (A-Level proficiency).
• I-CAR or OEM certifications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
