The Technical Lead at Pure Maintenance of Kansas is a full-time, on-site role based in Lawrence, KS. This position oversees the technical execution of mold remediation projects, including planning treatment approaches, guiding field technicians, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Technical Lead coordinates inspections, interprets findings, and recommends appropriate remediation methods, while monitoring job progress from initial assessment through completion.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising on-site work, troubleshooting technical issues with equipment and processes, maintaining detailed project documentation, and collaborating with management to refine operational procedures. • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing, lifting equipment, and working in confined spaces when required.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance, ensuring all work meets company guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Basic proficiency with technology used for scheduling, reporting, and documentation; experience with field service or job management software is a plus.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, HVAC, environmental services, or a similar field is preferred.
