Role Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Nashua, NH. Longarone Exteriors Inc. operates as a subcontractor specializing in siding and roofing, working on residential and commercial projects throughout northern Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of siding and roofing projects—from planning through completion. You will coordinate with general contractors, manage internal crews and subcontractors, ensure project milestones are met, and uphold our high standards for quality and safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating day-to-day activities on siding and roofing projects
• Managing project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Overseeing subcontractors and contractor relationships
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and building regulations
• Providing regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with internal teams and field crews to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Construction Project Management
• Strong skills in Project Coordination, Scheduling, and Budgeting
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
