- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of real-world engineering experience
- Experience with injection molding
- Hands‑on prototyping experience
- Experience conceptualizing and implementing ideas effectively
- Experience bringing concepts through development and into mass production
- CAD experience (Solid Works preferred)
- Experience with machining, sheet‑metal fabrication, die‑cutting, die‑casting, extruding, PCB fabrication, and woodworking is all preferred
- Able to work both independently and in a group setting
- Mid‑Senior level
