The clinical product specialist job consists of several elements: support procedures, training, marketing activities and managing relationships with medical sites and medical experts.

Traveling 75% of the time.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate and train medical professionals in the most appropriate use of our products.
  • Support our sites/relevant clinics with product and clinical information.
  • Conduct training sessions for our sites/relevant clinics.
  • Prepare clinical material to support marketing activities.
  • Manage clinical trial cases.
  • Participate in clinical trials treatment planning.
  • Support clinical trials procedures on site.
  • Lead several medical sites including relationships with physicians, medical teams, and patient recruitment.
  • Represent the company in conventions worldwide and create relevant relationships with experts in the field.
  • Lead internal and external training sessions and courses.
  • Create new content and lesson plans according to the company’s needs.
Qualifications

Qualifications

Education

  • Academic degree or equivalent (Nurse, DVM, Paramedic, Para-medical fields preferred).

Skills & Abilities & Personal Characteristics

  • Ability to write and audit documents.
  • Multitasking abilities.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Self-learning ability.

Experience

  • Lecturing/Teaching/Presenting.
  • Knowledge of clinical lingo and settings.

Working Conditions

  • Located in the US working remotely.
  • Traveling 75% of the time.

Additional Professional Requirements

  • Professional

    Experience:

    Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the medical device industry or clinical setting.
  • Compliance & Ethics:
    Ensure 100% adherence to hospital credentialing, HIPAA regulations, and Adva Med ethical standards.
  • Operating Room (OR) Protocol:
    Proven ability to work within sterile environments and support clinical staff intra-procedurally.
  • CRM & Reporting:
    Diligent documentation of all field activities and market intelligence in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Physical Demands:
    Ability to stand for extended periods in clinical environments and lift/transport equipment up to 40 lbs.
  • Travel Commitment:
    Flexibility for extensive travel, including overnights and occasional weekends.
