Job Description
Seluh is a modern wellness studio built on intention, care, and real relationships with our clients. Since 2019, we've grown from a small space into a storefront studio with a loyal community. Now we're looking for a massage therapist who wants to grow with us.
Pay: $32–$43 per massage hour (30–40% commission), plus tips
Expected hours: 6.0 – 20.0 per week
Who We're Looking For- A licensed massage therapist (MA LMT required)
- Someone who builds lasting relationships. Our best therapists have clients who come back to them by name.
- Eager to grow your skills, your book of clients, and your place in a small, supportive studio
- Reliable, warm, and professional with every client
- Bonus: experience with deep tissue, lymphatic, or facial/face massage
- Flexible scheduling: you set your availability
- Commission-based pay of 30–40% depending on experience and retention, plus tips
- A steady stream of existing clients, plus the chance to build your own following
- A calm, beautifully designed studio where you can do your best work
- Room to grow into workshops and new offerings as the studio expands
This role rewards therapists who build a clientele. The more your clients rebook with you, the fuller your schedule and the higher your earnings. If you love seeing the same faces return and want a studio that feels like a team rather than a factory, we'd love to meet you.
