Alexander Technology Group is looking for a technically strong, highly organized IT Operations Analyst to support projects and day‑to‑day operations for our client in northern Massachusetts. The role involves coordinating projects, working with vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining reporting and systems.
Responsibilities- Manage IT and business systems projects from start to finish
- Work with vendors and internal teams to complete tasks
- Support marketing systems such as Hub Spot and generate reports
- Troubleshoot technical issues and report findings
- Assist across functions as needed to keep operations moving
- Technically skilled and curious
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable collaborating across teams
- A true team player who enjoys getting things done
Location:
Onsite in Massachusetts or New Hampshire (must be currently residing in one of these states)
Pay Range: $35–$50 per hour
