Business Solutions Architect - Regulatory Systems About the Role
Arrayo is seeking an experienced Business Solutions Architect to own the architecture and delivery of scalable, compliant data solutions that connect Veeva Vault Regulatory systems with Snowflake through Azure Data Factory. In this role, you'll shape how governed, business-ready data products are built and delivered across the organization.
What You'll Do- Design end-to-end architecture for Veeva Vault (RIM/Publishing/Submission) solutions integrated with Snowflake via ADF
- Build data models, ingestion pipelines, and transformation frameworks that support a scalable, high-quality data platform
- Shape and lead the data product strategy, making sure datasets are easy to discover, well-governed, and mapped to the right business domains
- Set the standard for data governance, quality, metadata management, and IDMP alignment across regulatory data
- Lead the integration architecture connecting Vault with enterprise systems like SAP, ERP, PLM, and MDM
- Run data analysis, trace lineage, assess impact, and harmonize data across platforms
- Keep solutions GxP-compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with global regulatory and data privacy standards
- Own ADF pipeline design and Snowflake optimization, focused on performance, scalability, and reusability
- Work closely with Regulatory, Data, and IT stakeholders to prioritize and deliver the right data solutions
- Support UAT, release management, and day-to-day operational excellence
- Coach and train junior engineers on Veeva Vault, Snowflake, ADF, and broader data architecture best practices
- Assign and track tasks, deliverables, and timelines to keep execution on quality and on schedule
- Lead design reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to reinforce standards and grow team capability
- Serve as the go-to technical escalation point for complex data and integration challenges
- Champion a data product mindset and a culture of continuous improvement across the team
- 9–12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Platforms
- 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (RIM, Regulatory, or Quality)
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and scalable design
- Solid, hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for enterprise-grade data pipelines
- A track record of delivering end-to-end data architecture solutions in regulated environments
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and metadata management frameworks
- Strong understanding of GxP and broader regulatory compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale data integration initiatives spanning Veeva Vault and enterprise systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior business and IT leaders
- Experience mentoring and managing junior team members
