Fabrication Technician

We’re looking for a Plastic Fabrication Technician to help us build custom plastic components used in industrial and high‑purity applications. In this role, you’ll get to work on a wide variety of projects—some in our general production area and others in a clean, controlled environment. No two days look exactly the same.

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and procedures.
• Set up components for welding according to specifications and drawings.
• Align components using jigs, clamps, calipers, rulers, and other devices.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Process job paperwork/job packets.
• Operate forklifts to transport and move jobs.
• Cut and assemble components, tack, and weld.
• Manage and execute jobs with minimal supervision, from blueprint to finished product.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong basic math and measuring skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Mechanical abilities and experience with general power tools and equipment.
• Motivation to learn and advance in your role.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime (rarely required).
• Detail‑oriented mindset.

Background in Carpentry, Construction, or Wood Fabrication?

Great news—you may already have the skills you need to succeed here. If you can confidently read a tape measure and interpret basic drawings using fractions or decimals, we can train you to weld plastics and build on your existing fabrication skill set.

Compensation Transparency.

Salary Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.

The pay range shown represents what we expect to offer in good faith for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will depend on several factors—such as education, experience, certifications, skills, performance, shift, location, and business needs. We review our ranges regularly to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
