Ship&Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receives and unloads incoming materials, compares packing slip with purchase order to verify shipment accuracy, may process return shipments, and performs job order entry.
• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and logs inventory that is shipped or received.
• Inspects shipments for damages or defects, records discrepancies, and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
• Operates dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift for loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
• Follows established departmental policies, procedures, objectives, continuous quality improvement goals, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
• Performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Education:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) –

1+ years of experience in Shipping and Receiving –
