Community Health group is seeking a BSN prepared RN to serve as the Clinical Nurse Educator for their Ambulatory Clinics. Monday – Friday schedule, needs to be Spanish speaking. Any prior experience training other RNs / LPNs / Medical Assistants is desired.

• Mon – Fri, Days
• Outpatient Clinic
• Seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to serve as a mentor to new RN's, LPN's & MA's
• The Clinical Nurse Educator will assist with new hire orientation and onboarding, oversee the CPR program, and provide EMR training to staff.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with BSN Degree
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Must have 5 or more years clinical experience in acute care, community health/health center, or chronic care
• Experience as a Nurse Educator, Trainer, Preceptor, Mentor or related leadership role
• Prefer experience leading new hire orientations, ongoing clinical competencies, overseeing CPR program, EMR training or related
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) Preferred
• Active MA RN license or ability to gain state license
