Follow-up Nurse; Emergency

At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $36.34 to $50.87 hourly, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

Job Summary: The Follow-up Nurse in Emergency Center assumes the development and implementation of system for follow up care of the emergency department patients. The purpose of this system is to survey patient satisfaction and insure optimal patient care and performance improvement. The Follow-up Nurse collaborates with the Director/Manager of Emergency Services to set the standards. The Follow-up Nurse also communicates with other ancillary departments as necessary in an effort to maintain excellence in patient care.

Requirements: Extensive clinical emergency center or ambulatory experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent computer and communication skills required.
