This is a full‑time, on‑site Emergency Room Nurse role located in Lawrence, MA. The Emergency Room Nurse will provide critical and efficient care to patients experiencing a wide range of urgent and emergency health concerns. Responsibilities include assessing and prioritizing patient conditions, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and monitoring patient outcomes. The nurse will work in a fast‑paced environment requiring strong problem‑solving and communication skills while ensuring compassionate care.
Qualifications- Proficient clinical skills such as patient assessment, administering medications, and understanding emergency care protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment, making quick and accurate decisions
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and families
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care settings is highly desirable
- Dedication to delivering patient-centered and culturally sensitive care
