Bulger Veterinary Hospital in Lawrence, MA, is currently seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our dedicated team.
- $18-22 pending experience & skillset
- Four 9-hour DAY shifts including one weekend shift per week
- Anticipating Sunday 7a-4p, Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8a-5p

About the RoleAs a Client Care Specialist
, you will play a vital role in welcoming and assisting our guests according to company standards. In a fast‑paced multi‑doctor/department practice, you’ll handle various tasks, including preparing and reviewing electronic medical records, directing appointments, processing payments, answering phones, and providing empathy during end‑of‑life decisions.
- Prepare and review electronic medical records.
- Assist with general information and appointment scheduling.
- Process payments and assist in financial processes.
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
- Fill medications with care and empathy.
- Show understanding and empathy during end‑of‑life decisions.
- Previous experience delivering exemplary client service.
- Passion for providing a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills for positive working relationships.
- Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and occasional holidays.
- Previous experience in veterinary reception, medical secretary, or customer service preferred.
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
