Who are we? We are a privately owned
, 4 doctor practice, located in northeastern Massachusetts. We have been serving the Merrimack Valley for decades and are proud to support several local rescue organizations. Newburyport Veterinary Clinic has a great loyal client base!

Our practice culture is based on high-quality medicine and surgery, excellent client communication, and compassionate care! We strive for a relaxed family like atmosphere with an emphasis on team work. Our core staff of experienced doctors, Veterinary Technicians and great support staff are ready to mentor a young doctor or support a more seasoned veterinarian.

Our practice facility is newly constructed and very well equipped with digital record-keeping, in-house laboratory equipment, ultrasound, digital full-body, and dental x-ray. Our charming building situated on 5 wooded acres features window boxes, lovely gardens and wildlife! The practice has a spacious surgical suite, a well laid out treatment area and offers inviting client, patient and staff areas.

Work/Life balance please! The hospital runs on a family friendly, Flexible 4-week rotating schedule with no "on-call" or overnight obligations. We are open M-F 8am
-7 pm and have some abbreviated weekend hours thus maintaining a great life/work balance. A typical fulltime, 40 hour week schedule would include a fixed weekday off, and one surgery day per week if desired, but not mandatory.
