Food Service Manager in Training – Lawrence

We are looking for a Food Service Manager who demonstrates a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mentality and a team spirit to ensure the restaurant operations run beautifully. Compensation: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (minimum salary).

• Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner.
• Report all customer feedback and actions taken to the District Manager.
• Provide a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Supervise employees.
• Train new employees according to the guidelines set forth by the company.
• Complete and delegate shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with company expectations.
• Assist employees in following up on daily shift duties.
• Assist and direct store employees on the importance of effectively managing food safely.

• Basic knowledge of food safety. Additional food safety training will be provided.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good interpersonal skills; can interact well with coworkers.
• Good organizational skills.
