As a Lead Laborer, you will perform general labor tasks such as excavating, trenching, and shoring while working around heavy equipment. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising crew personnel to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all crew personnel on daily job tasks.
• Accurately submit daily reports outlining job activities in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing work sequences to meet customer schedules.
• Comply with industry and customer operating procedures while ensuring safety and quality.
• Step in to lead the crew in the interim absence of the Foreman.
• Maintain all industry‑required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in the gas utility industry.
• Prior experience interpreting plans and blueprints.

• Outdoor work sites with potential extreme weather.
• All safety instructions are delivered in English; fluency is required.
• Work includes lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and crawling.
• Work occurs near heavy equipment; quick hand‑eye coordination and constant alertness are essential.
