General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills

Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional fashion

Previous professional painting experience preferred

Basic carpentry repairs skills a plus

Familiarity with painting tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Deadline and detail-oriented

Customer service oriented

Qualifications:

Experience in a leadership role of a painting crew is a must

Experience planning of a painting project to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget

Experience coaching a crew

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor

Ability to independently solve problems

Great time management skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred

Minimum of 5 years of painting experience verifiable through references

Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment necessary

Exceptional customer service skills

Highly organized and self-motivated

Quality conscious and detail-oriented

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

Physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (repetitive movements, standing, lifting, climbing, working at heights of greater than 10 feet, etc.)
