- Pay rate: $27.40-$28.84/hour

The Re-Entry Case Management Specialist is responsible for:
- Assessing and evaluating offender needs using designated assessment and risk-assessment instruments.
- Monitoring offender compliance with all programs and ECSD rules and regulations.
- Facilitating evidence-based psycho educational groups for assigned population as defined by the curriculum and according to Spectrum standards.
- Providing reentry planning for eligible pretrial inmates.
- Facilitating reentry/discharge planning for assigned sentenced populations.
- Completing Strengths, Needs, and Culture Discovery.
- Reentry data/progress transfer within continuum (Middleton, ECPRC, WIT, STAR).
- Providing support and guidance for inmate population to navigate and address needs/issues (Canteen/Inmate Accounts, Property, Visits, Notary service, grievances, and facility processes).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required.
- CADC or LADC preferred.
- Knowledge of local/regional community resources for substance use recovery and reentry stabilization.
