Location: Essex County Sheriff's Department Community Office in Lawrence, MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday. 3 days are 8:00am-4:00pm, 2 days 12:00pm-8:00pm

Pay rate: $26.44/hour

• Utilize assessment, group treatment, and relationships with community services for justice-involved individuals.
• Educate offenders according to the approved curriculum and complete all required documentation in the case record.
• Participate in weekly or as-directed multi-disciplinary team meetings.
• Monitor offender compliance with programs and ECSD rules and regulations.
• Facilitate classes and group sessions.
• Participate in treatment planning, case reviews, conferences, and other meetings as directed.
• Work cooperatively with ECSD personnel to ensure smooth operation and coordination of the program.

• BA/MA or equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, or a related field required.
• CADC or LADC preferred.
• Must attend annual mandatory in-service and education programs.
• Must complete education required for certification or licensure maintenance if applicable.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
