Volunteers of America Massachusetts is hiring a Part-time Case Manager to support the Pipelines to Possibility program in Lawrence, MA. The role involves intake, assessments, and developing plans to help participants secure sustainable employment in climate-critical jobs.
You will work with the Program Director, Mass Hire, and local employers, traveling between sites as needed and maintaining strong advocacy and coordination to reduce barriers to reentry.
