Forklift Operator 2nd Shift

Job Description:

Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts

CoWorx is seeking Forklift Operators in Lawrence, MA!
Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm If you’re an experienced forklift operator who enjoys staying active and keeping a warehouse running smoothly, this could be a great fit!

• Safely operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks
• Load and unload trucks
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders
• Put away materials and finished goods
• Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility
• Use RF scanners and WMS systems for inventory transactions
• Assist with cycle counts and stock audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow FIFO and FEFO product rotation practices
• Verify shipping and receiving paperwork
• Identify and report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow GMP, food safety, OSHA, and company standards
• Support production, quality, and warehouse teams as needed

• Forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependability and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cold storage environment
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory experience are a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Cold Storage experience preferred
