Pay: $70/hr – $80/hr (dependent on experience, qualifications, geography). Competitive bonus/commission and benefits package available.

A private independent optometrist affiliated with Pearle Vision (Luxottica). As an associate you will work within the practice of a Pearle Vision Subleasing Optometrist. The terms of the agreement, pay, and hours are negotiated directly with the subleasing doctor.

• Provide high‑quality optometric care and service to patients in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
• Conduct eye examinations, diagnose eye conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses and treatment plans.
• Manage patient follow‑up care using an automated online appointment book and patient recall system.
• Maintain professional autonomy and full scope of practice as agreed with the subleasing doctor.
• Adhere to Pearle Vision and Luxottica standards for patient care and service quality.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) with a valid license in New Jersey.
• Experience as an independent optometrist or a strong interest in working within an independent practice model.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Commitment to providing genuine eye care and building trust with patients.

• Full scope of practice with no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas.
• Flexible scheduling.
