• Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
• Assist with material handling, loading, and stockpile management
• Monitor production quality and report issues promptly
• Support team operations by following all safety and environmental guidelines

• Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Capability to operate and maintain heavy equipment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks
  
  Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $20.50 to $21.50 per hour
