• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with an ability to maintain confidentiality.
