• Minimum Education:
  
  Graduate of a Practical Nursing program.
• Required Skills:
  
  Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision; able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (AHA Basic Life Support) within 7 days of hire.
• Licenses: LPN License for the State of Tennessee.
