• Pure invoice processing (no reconciliations, no vendor maintenance, no POs or 2-way matching)
• Handling 250–500 invoices per week
  , primarily through Docuware
• Assisting the property tax team by processing and paying their invoices
• Importing invoice data through Excel

• Sharp, reliable, and eager to learn
• Excel-savvy and detail-oriented
• Someone who enjoys digging into the work and takes pride in accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
