Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their dynamic team in Georgia. This role requires a proactive and analytical individual who can manage accounting tasks efficiently while contributing to the team's overall success.

• Prepare and analyze financial data in alignment with internal policies and U.S. GAAP.
• Manage end-to-end accounting tasks related to third-party operational agreements, including oversight of complex Accounts Receivable workflows across expanding or multi-location operations.
• Maintain and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts, ensuring timely resolution of variances.
• Record and monitor inventory-related activity, including supporting entries and adjustments.
• Support the monthly close process with reporting, analysis, and journal preparation.
• Partner with internal teams to identify and improve manual or high-volume AR processes.
• Provide backup and ad hoc support across the accounting function as needed.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle accounting responsibilities
• Advanced Excel and ERP System Experience.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000 per year.
