Job Title:
Senior Accountant Job responsibilities
- Be responsible for full A/r and collections cycle
- Be responsible for full A/P and payments cycle
- Reconciles & processes related-party transactions
- Maintains & reconciles General Ledger accounts
- Manages fixed asset acquisition/depreciation/record keeping
- Forecasts/controls cash flow to support the operation
- Assists with budget process & monthly variance analysis
- Processes reimbursement for employee expense reports
- Conducts the annual inventory-count related activity
- Performs the month-end closing on the books
- Prepares monthly Financial & Managerial report
- Provides material to auditors on quarterly & annual financial audit
- Works with CPA firm on quarterly & annual tax returns filing
- Maintains accounting files and records
- Picks Ad hoc tasks as assigned from management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting or related field required
- Microsoft Suite software required
- SAP ERP system experience preferred
- Bilingual in English/Mandarin preferred
- Detail oriented; high level of accuracy required
- Strong communication skills and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
