You will take complete ownership of large, complex electrical construction projects while leading multidisciplinary teams to successful execution. This role offers you the autonomy to manage end-to-end project financials, scheduling, and client relations within a supportive company culture. You will empower field teams and build lasting partnerships with general contractors and project owners.

• Direct large, complex commercial electrical construction projects from initial award through final completion.
• Manage overall project financials, job costing, cash flow, and monthly profitability reports.
• Formulate and maintain detailed master project schedules, manpower allocations, and material procurement timelines.
• Negotiate and process change orders, contract revisions, and subcontracts with general contractors and vendors.
• Oversee site logistics and collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate clear, consistent communication with owners, general contractors, sub-trades, and internal teams.
• Resolve real-time project bottlenecks, vendor delays, and design changes to protect project margins.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within commercial electrical construction.
• Track record of successfully managing large, high-complexity electrical construction assignments.
• Proficient understanding of project financial management, change management, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills necessary for managing field leaders and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, local codes, and general construction workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing commercial electrical and specialized controls projects simultaneously.
• Background in field supervision or trade experience prior to moving into project management.
