Job DescriptionOverview
Provide assistance to customers with questions or issues regarding software products or services and their application pertinent to the business environment. Support is provided through telephone, email, chat, etc.and/or Identify customer needs and suggest additional products or services.

Qualifications- Basic Computer navigational skills/Tech Support Skills
- Customer Support experience
