Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer

Kingdom Woodworks, located in the metro Atlanta area, is one of the nation’s leading kitchen and bath design and build firms, and we’re seeking a qualified individual for immediate, full-time employment.

From design to manufacturing to installation, we strive to produce a custom, luxury product and service reflective of our company values and high standard of quality. We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with cabinetry design experience to add to our KW Team.

• Building long‑term relationships with KW clients ensuring they are satisfied with our services
• Conducting client meetings and showroom tours
• Supervision of projects from concept to completion
• Assisting clients with showroom selections – colors, door styles, accessories, etc.
• Identifying potential problems in the design process and proposing solutions
• Job site visits
• Conceptual drawings of plans/elevations
• Providing client education on KW and our processes – aligning clients with the most appropriate cabinetry solution
• Providing client “nurturing” and installation follow‑up
• Assisting in special projects and assignments as assigned

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a client‑facing capacity in the kitchen and bath/design industry
• Architectural or Interior Design degree preferred
• Knowledge of building codes related to kitchens and baths (preparing mechanical drawings for plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.)

• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills – must be able to stay on schedule while handling multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
• High‑impact communication and relationship skills – including email/communication etiquette
• Superior service skills/“client first” approach resulting in strong customer loyalty
• Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to work both individually and on a team in a fast‑paced environment
