• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Incorporate play‑based learning and hands‑on activities to promote active engagement.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid Georgia teaching certification in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience working with preschool‑aged children in a classroom setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Willingness to collaborate and be part of a dynamic teaching team.
