Land Surveyor / Field Crew / Party Chief for Myrtle Beach, SC

Carter & Clark is the nation’s premier land surveying and engineering firm, providing nationwide service to national and regional production home builders for over 40 years.

We have an immediate long-term field position available for a Field Crew/Party Chief. Experienced crews can average $100,000+ per year! Our work consists of high-volume residential builder services including house staking, form checks, foundation, and final title surveys. Relocation assistance provided.

• 5+ years minimum of field experience. RPLS or LSIT a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to obtain own robotic equipment and vehicle. GPS is helpful, but not required.
• High integrity, ability to produce quality work, and excellent communication skills
• Travel to Atlanta for company‑paid interview to include airfare (where necessary) or mileage (based on current IRS mileage reimbursement rate) for driving to Atlanta and hotel.
