• Greet customers with a professional, prompt, and friendly attitude

• Accurately gather customer and vehicle information

• Document vehicle concerns based on customer descriptions

• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on age, mileage, and service history

• Create accurate estimates for labor and parts

• Perform walk‑around inspections on all vehicles

• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

• Track vehicle status and ensure timely completion

• Review final invoices with customers and explain all work performed

• Proven success in customer service and sales performance

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
  , Service Consultant
  , or Assistant Lane Manager

• High energy, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to operate tablet‑based write‑up systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus!)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Desire for a long‑term career with a dealership that promotes from within

• Earning potential: $80,000–$100,000+ annually
