PDI is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team and help shape the next chapter of our company's success.

Today, we operate 19 branch locations and 13 showrooms across Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina and continue to invest in our people, technology, and future expansion.

As CFO, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, helping drive strategic growth, profitability, capital allocation, and organizational performance. This role goes far beyond accounting and reporting. You will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, supporting acquisitions and expansion opportunities, strengthening financial performance, and building a world-class finance organization.

• Serve as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
• Help shape long-term business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Provide financial insights that drive better business decisions.
• Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning.
• Improve profitability, cash flow, working capital, and return on investment.
• Develop meaningful KPIs and performance metrics across the organization.

• Evaluate acquisitions, investments, and expansion opportunities.
• Manage banking relationships, lending facilities, and capital structure.
• Guide strategic capital allocation decisions across the business.

• Develop and lead a talented finance and accounting team.
• Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Modernize financial systems, analytics, and reporting capabilities.

• Proven CFO, VP Finance, or senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong background in distribution, manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site operations.
• Experience partnering directly with CEOs and executive teams.
• Demonstrated success driving profitable growth and organizational scale.
• Expertise in financial planning, treasury, banking relationships, and strategic finance.
• Experience with acquisitions, business integration, and corporate development is highly desirable.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
