Clinical Therapist – Adolescent Services

Join Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health as a Clinical Therapist supporting a residential program for adolescents ages 12‑17 in Lawrenceville, GA.

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and case management services to adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Offer supervision and support to team members and new staff.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, School Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Georgia clinical license preferred (MAC, APC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LMFT). If not licensed, must obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum two years of experience working with adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges; experience with trauma and commercial sexual exploitation (CSEC) preferred.

• Free supervision by a fully licensed, certified supervisor.
