    Monday–Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM;
    Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM;
    One Saturday a month, 8 AM - 3 PM. ✔No nights.

We’re growing and looking for a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare setting, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do
  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage patient scheduling and keep clinic operations running smoothly.
  • Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and a smile in your voice.
  • Maintain organized patient records and assist with insurance/billing processes.
  • Work closely with providers and medical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
  • Keep the front office clean, inviting, and patient‑ready every day.
  • Rotate primarily between our Atlanta, Riverdale, and Conyers locations, with support at our other clinics as needed.

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare administration training is a plus).
  • 1+ year of customer service experience — medical office experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred to serve our community better.
  • Comfortable with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
