Equal Plus is seeking an AV Technician - Network Analyst for a 1-year contract role at Lawrenceville, GA.

Must be able to work on-site Mon-Fri.

Local candidates to Georgia only.

This position is responsible for providing Audio & Video technical support to Client’s facilities.

Incumbents coordinate and respond to service requests, assist with Cisco Webex/telepresence systems, and maintain Webex, Zoom, Google Meeting applications.

The client is seeking a candidate with a focus on Audio and Video, similar to an AV Technician role.

Skills and Qualifications for Network Analyst:

  • Three years of professional analyst and systems experience in a large-scale IT environment.
  • At least two years’ experience with Audio/Video, Webex Systems, Zoom, Google Meeting Apps.
  • Previous experience as an AV technician.
  • Preferred: experience with Cisco networks/telecom environments, Avaya, Siemens, or Rolm systems, and telecommunications systems administration.
  • Experience supporting AV systems such as Cisco Telepresence endpoints, projectors, TVs, video matrix, Crestron systems, and audio systems.
  • Experience creating/modifying macros for Cisco Telepresence and Crestron is a plus.
  • Ability to provide customer support, perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and maintain records and reports.

Responsibilities for Network Analyst:

  • Provide technical support for telecommunications and network systems to employees.
  • Support AV equipment including Cisco Telepresence endpoints, projectors, microphones, video monitors, and audio equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for AV installations and service repairs.
  • Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain hardware, software, and systems.
  • Monitor systems to meet business and performance needs.
  • Be on-call after hours, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule; mentor team members.
  • Perform configuration changes and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Implement telecommunications and network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot critical systems in a 24/7 data center environment, responding to emergencies as needed.
  • Perform other similar duties as required.
