Solution Consultant
Join us at Sage as a Solution Consultant. You’ll act as a matchmaker connecting millions of small and medium‑sized businesses to the software solutions that Sage offers. Working alongside Account Executives, you’ll uncover customer needs and demonstrate how our products can support their ambitions.
Your days will blend prospect research, tailored demos, support on discovery calls, ROI case building, and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll represent Sage at industry events, grow pipelines, strengthen relationships, and hit budget targets.
Key Performance Metrics- Average time for demos to convert to opportunities
- Total value of pipeline influence of deals progressed
- Average time to demo readiness
- Quality of customer engagement
- Proficiency in accounting practice and financial systems
- Experience delivering value‑add presentations and demos
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Skilled in solution‑driven communication
- Strong cross‑functional team working experience
- Experience in a pre‑sale role, implementation consulting, or customer support for accounting/financial/time‑and‑billing software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired
Uncapped earnings: base salary plus commission.
10 paid days for volunteering and learning: 5 days for volunteer work via Sage Foundation and 5 days to pursue learning opportunities.
