Rate Range: $23-$25/Hr

Job Description:

• The Field Service Technician will be responsible for supporting dispatch customers and projects by performing break/fix service calls.
• The role requires strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing printers, PCs, and laptops, as well as the ability to work independently in the field.

Primary Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform break/fix service calls for dispatch customers and projects
• Diagnose and repair printers, PCs, and laptops
• Travel to client sites within assigned territory
• Provide excellent customer service during onsite visits
• Document service activity and resolutions
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
• Work overtime as needed based on workload
• Certifications: CompTIA A+

Top 2 required skills:

• Need to have good printer break / fix skills
• Able to diagnose complex issues on PC s, laptops and printers.
