Position: IT Service Desk Lead — Quality & Ops (Onsite)
A leading IT service provider is seeking an IT Service Desk Lead to ensure quality service delivery at their Lawrenceville, Georgia office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and nearly a decade of IT experience with at least five years in management.
