Bilingual Hospice RN Case Manager — Field Visits

MeSun Hospice is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Full-Time RN Case Manager to join our hospice team in Georgia. This role blends field visits with case management, care coordination, and thorough documentation to support patient-centered end-of-life care.

You will educate patients and families, perform regular visits, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Bilingual Korean and English is highly preferred to better serve our Korean-speaking patients and families.
