Senior Immigration Paralegal

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and file immigration packets including AOS, I-130, U visas, FOIAS, Form EOIR-42A/42B, I-589, I-485, bond motions, and evidence packets among other types of cases and motions
• Manage USCIS and court deadlines and maintain case calendars.
• Draft declarations, exhibit lists, and indexes of evidence.
• Track and update clients on court hearings, interviews, and biometrics.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation including organizing country conditions and exhibits.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, many of whom have experienced trauma.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files using Clio and Docketwise.

• 3 years minimum of immigration paralegal experience
• Proficiency with USCIS and EOIR forms and procedures
• Strong writing skills (cover letters, declarations, and motions)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Experience using legal practice management software (e.g., Clio, Docketwise) a plus
• A hard worker who goes above and beyond

• Salary range of $55,000–$75,000 based on experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
