Position Title:
Field Service Lead

Location: Local Office Lawrenceville, Ga

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Lead to oversee our team of service professionals and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will excel in managing service operations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high standards in customer interactions and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Management: Track inventory of service supplies and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of service professionals, delegate tasks effectively, and assist with complex issues as required.
  • Schedule Management: Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for service team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Implement best practices for customer service, including handling reports, managing repair processes, and delivering timely solutions.
  • Improvement Suggestions: Propose enhancements and improvements to higher management based on service performance and customer feedback.
  • Product and Service Information: Provide customers with accurate product information, availability, and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Site Requirements: Gather and document customer site requirements to facilitate effective service delivery.
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to ISN (Industry Standard Network) compliance and other relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a service leadership role with strong team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze service processes and suggest improvements.
  • Proficiency in managing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Knowledge of ISN compliance standards is a plus.
