Job Overview

Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor at CoWorx Staffing Services in Lawrenceville, GA. Direct hire, shift 5:30pm-4:30am Monday to Friday.

$23.00/hr - $28.00/hr

• Manage all aspects of the production process ensuring quality and safety.
• Train on day shift (7am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday) for 6 weeks.
• Ensure production operators and material mixers work within company policies.
• Apply knowledge of proper set-up, start-up, breakdown, and close-out to prevent equipment failure.
• Utilize control plans; perform material testing and injection molding equipment.
• Promote safe and productive environment through teamwork and project involvement.
• Minimize scrap yields and increase overall efficiencies.
• Verify accuracy of production paperwork; report shift metrics.
• Evaluate and document employee performance.
• Assist with employee selection, training, motivation, termination, and review.
• Work with QC Technicians to correct non-conforming materials.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel on raw/material locations.
• Report any incidents or maintenance concerns to plant/operations management.
• Maintain cleanliness/5S in all production areas.
• Carry out duties of Extruder Operator I/II/III and Materials Mixer (refer to relevant job descriptions).
• Complete any other tasks as assigned.

• Mid‑Senior level experience in manufacturing management.
• Managerial and extruder experience.
• Knowledge of extrusion, injection molding, and material testing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Commitment to safety and 5S principles.
